This gavel and sound board are crafted here in New England from oak removed from USS Constitution.  (The wood is removed as part of on-going maintenance).  This is a truly unique item and a perfect gift for those that sit on the bench, chair a committee or governing organization, or as a remembance to those who have served in such a capacity.

This "classic" style ballpoint pen has an elegant, sleek look and feel, characteristic of the fine ballpoint pens popular throughout the decades. It is retractable and contains a Cross-type, medium point, black ink cartridge. Cross-type refill cartridges can be found in most stores. The Slim Line Classic is available in two types of boxes: a clear plastic box with slipcover, and a desk box.

The Americana ballpoint offers a bold, weighty feel and look. It has a double twist cap, which can be twisted in either direction to lock. This pen uses a Parker-type, black ink, medium point refill that can be found in most stores. It comes in a desk box.

This pen is the same in style and feel as the ballpoint, and comes in the same desk box, but writes much like a fountain pen writes. The ballpoint uses an ink paste, while the roller ball uses fine liquid ink.

The Americana fountain pen is similar in shape and feel to the ballpoint but with the added élan of a fountain pen. This pen uses a German-made, medium, gold plated, iridium nib, and comes with a black ink cartridge and pump. The ink can be refilled by changing the cartridge or by replacing the cartridge with the pump, allowing the pen to be refilled from an inkbottle.

 

Our flag presentation box is a special way to show your special American flag. It is made of rock maple and faced with wood removed from “Old Ironsides” and is crafted by artisans from Maine.

 

This box is meant to hold a three foot by five foot flag, has a screw back and is ready to hang on a wall or sit in that special location in your home or office. Each case is boxed and. includes a card with a description of materials used and a brief history of USS Constitution. Wood taken from USS Constitution to produce these boxes was removed during regular maintenance.
